Most items qualify for free shipping in the contiguous USA for orders of $99 or more

Live in or near Columbus, Ohio? Select in store pick up and your order will be ready within 4 hours during our regular store business hours.

 

What are the restrictions on free shipping from Midwest Photo?

The item may be too large, too heavy or a type of material that disqualifies it from free shipping.

Shipping Options

We will use a combination of shipping carriers to ensure the safest, quickest delivery of your items with online package tracking.

 

In-stock items usually arrive within 1-7 business days, depending on your location.

 

Here's a breakdown of what each shipping term means:

 

UPS Shipping (USA and International Shipping)

USPS US Postal Service (USA only)

Delivery available to PO Boxes

Signature may be required

Shipments to PO Boxes can only be shipped via US Postal Service.

 

Only USPS can ship packages to PO Boxes. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up. Delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed. Tracking of packages may be accompanied by some limitations and is not always available through USPS

Delivery for Stock Exceptions

Some items on our website are not regularly stocked. Availability on these items will show as Back Order.

 

In some cases, the manufacturer will ship select items to you directly. You may generally expect these items to take about 7-10 days to arrive at USA destinations, unless specified otherwise.

 

If we email you a tracking number during the day, the information may not post to the carrier's website until that evening. You may also track your order on our website (no login required with single order lookup).

 

We generally pack orders Monday-Friday.

 

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.

International Shipping

If you are outside of the United States and wish to place an international order, we are happy to provide you with a quote before or after placing your order. You can obtain a shipping quote by adding the desired items to your shopping cart and entering your country, region, and postal code.


Customs and Duties:
International shipments may be liable for local customs and duties. These customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Midwest Photo cannot determine what local customs and duties might be, please contact your local customs office for further information. Midwest Photo cannot declare items purchased as anything else other than merchandise. Please note transit times are not calculated to include any time in customs.


Unavailable Items:
Some items may not be available for shipping outside the United States. If you place an order for any of these items, you will be notified via email before your order is processed.

Refused and Abandoned Packages

If a package is refused, returned, or abandoned at the time of delivery for whatever reason, the customer will only be refunded the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, any Customs, Import, Duty Fees, Taxes, and/or Brokerage Fees, that are incurred as the result of the item being returned to the United States.

Out of Stock Items

You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out-of-stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out-of-stock item will become available.

Payment

We are happy to accept payment for purchases on our website by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Affirm or Amazon Pay. We also accept cash and card in-store.
