Photo and Video Retail Creative Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a full-time Photo and Video Retail Creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
• Craft compelling blog posts that align with marketing strategies, promoting specific products and topics. Utilize SEO best practices, such as backlinking, to enhance the visibility and reach of content across digital platforms.
• Lead the expansion of video content strategies, targeting platforms like YouTube and other social media to increase brand visibility and engagement. Establish a systematic video production pipeline to streamline content creation and support marketing and educational departments.
• Support the Marketing Manager in miscellaneous asset creation.
Learning Studio Coordination
• Oversee operations of the learning studio, ensuring a cohesive schedule and effective communication with instructors. Lead the organization and execution of educational events, aiming to optimize learning experiences and engagement.
Partnership Development
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and business partners to support collaborative projects and initiatives. Engage with community stakeholders and 'Friends of The Store' to foster a supportive network around the brand.
Influencer Engagement
• Build and maintain connections with key influencers to leverage their networks for brand promotion. Collaborate closely on marketing campaigns and event promotions to maximize outreach and impact.
Data Analytics and Market Research
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and understand the competitive landscape. Monitor market trends, refine SEO strategies like keyword optimization, and adjust advertising efforts based on analytical insights. Manage product feeds and enhance search functionalities to improve user experience.

Minimum Requirements:
• A high school diploma or GED is required. A degree in or associated with Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Experience with website development and management, including basic HTML/CSS and content management systems.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role is preferred. Experience in the educational or event planning sectors is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and creating content engaging audience segments.
• Familiarity with video production tools and techniques, including editing software, is highly desirable.
• Basic SEO principles and experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Physical Requirements

Working Environment
• This position will work in an office environment.
• This position will include working at a computer, sitting at a desk, and answering phone calls and emails up to 80% of the time.
