DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME:

Orders for items that are in-stock ship within 24-48 hours of order processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Most orders are shipped the same day the order is placed if received by 2:45PM EST and UPS is the selected method of shipping, excluding weekends. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 5:00 EST. During times of high volume, the lead time for Ground shipping may vary slightly. If you select a USPS postal service method, your order will ship the following day as USPS picks up in the morning. The actual delivery date or your package may differ from the estimated transit time based on time, day of the week, and certain dates the order is placed. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our store on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time. Or, a ground order placed on Christmas Eve will not leave our location until the first business day after Christmas as UPS does not pick up ground shipments on this day. Orders may also be delayed if a separate billing and shipping address are provided, fraud is suspected, items are out of stock, or at times of extremely high order volume. If your order is time sensitive, we recommend following up with a phone call to make sure your order will ship as needed.

Ground shipping:

Expedited shipping (UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day and USPS Express):
These orders are given top priority. Express orders for items that are in stock are shipped the same day if received by 2:45 PM EST, excluding weekends. If placed after 2:45 PM EST, your order may ship the same day or next. Please note that USPS Priority packages are given standard, not expedited priority

Domestic (inside the United States)

Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges for your online order, add the items you want to order into your shopping cart, enter your zip code and select your desired method of shipment.

MAKE SURE TO RECHECK YOUR METHOD OF SHIPMENT BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER! Your account stores a default method of shipment which you may opt to change on any given order. If you do make a mistake, please call and we will get it corrected for you.

International:
If you are outside of the United States and wish to place an International order, we are happy to provide you with a quote before or after placing your order.You can obtain a shipping quote by adding the desired items to your shopping cart and entering your country, your region and zipcode (when applicable.)

***Please note:
International shipments may be liable for local customs and duties. These customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Midwest Photo Exchange cannot determine what local customs and duties might be, contact your local customs office for further information. Midwest Photo Exchange cannot declare items purchased as merchandise anything else other than merchandise.


Unavailable Items:

Some items may not be available for shipping outside the United States. If you place an order for any of these items, you will be notified via email before your order is processed.

Refused and Abandoned Packages:

If package is refused, returned or abandoned at the time of delivery for whatever reason, customer will only be refunded the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, any Customs, Import, Duty Fees, Taxes, and/or Brokerage Fees, that are incurred as the result of the item being returned to the United States.



ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK:

You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will become available.



PAYMENT POLICY:

We are happy to accept payment for purchases on our website by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Check or Money Order. We also accept cash in-store.

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use information from the check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account, or to process the payment as a check transaction.

If your check is returned unpaid, you authorize us to collect a fee as indicated below (plus any bank fee charged to the merchant if allowed by your state law) through electronic fund transfer from your account.
