The equipment registered below is warranted to operate properly according to photographic specifications for a period of one year from date of purchase (excluding the first 45 days from purchase date).

In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service, it must be delivered post paid with warranty #, the owner's name and address, proof of purchase and description of difficulties encountered to Mack Camera & Video Service, 200 Morris Ave., Springfield, N.J. 07081 with a check for $10.00 for shipping and handling in the continental U.S. (cost for overseas shipping and handling to be determined). The equipment will be paired to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes parts and labor). Such service, repairs or adjustments of this equipment is assured the original purchaser only; provided the equipment has not been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, water, impact, sand or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Parts pending available from manufacturer.

The limited warranty applies only to the (one) product specified here in. It does not cover flashes, batteries, lens, loss of film or other expenses, or consequential damages.
Camera must be less than 10 years old at the time of purchase to qualify for this warranty.

The limited warranty is not transferable. Mack Camera & Video Service reserves the right to terminate warranty contracts if invoices are not paid accordingly to terms and not valid until after receipt of payment from dealer.

Retain this portion of your contract, it is your proof of ownership. You will be required to present it for service.
