The Female hotshoe will accept most any hotshoe type flash. It comes with an attached short cord with a male PC connector. The purpose of this unit is to add PC Syncro versatility to a flash that lacks a PC Syncro outlet. The bottom of the block includes both a male cold (not active) shoe and a 1/4 inch - 20 tripod screw.
