The jack of all trades in the flash syncro world.
Hotshoe on top and bottom allows it to be used on any standard shoe mount flash or camera.
Female Miniphone 1/8 inches (3.5mm) socket allows for the most reliable connection ever between a camera and flash using a Miniphone Extension cable. Female PC Syncro socket can also be used to marry your camera and flash. Not compatible with Sony cameras or flashes.

I can't afford pocket wizards yet so I use this on my T3i. I use it to run a 16-ft miniphone cord from the camera to a LP160 flash. Then I just sync any other flashes using the optical slave function. It works perfectly and it's a lot cheaper than using pocket wizards or buying the canon or nikon speedlights to use with TTL. I will probably get some pocket wizards eventually and I'll just keep this little adapter and the miniphone cord as a backup.
