What is so neat about the ability to "swap tops" is it is so fast to switch. Rather than switching the whole Lightsphere, or having to custom white balance your camera, if you want warm lighting, just put the top on and you're good to go!

The new Amberdome Lid for the Lightsphere® II Cloud. There were many users who requested a warming filter for the light. So we made it was made after extensive testing, and it does a great job of warming your light in the following situations:

• Outdoors at dusk or early morning
• Outdoors in Open Shade (set camera to auto-white balance)
• Interiors with tungsten lighting (set camera WB to "tungsten" setting)
• Shooting sunsets with the sun at your subject's back.

Note: This accessory dome is for the Lightsphere Cloud ONLY. It is not recommended for use on the Clear model because the Clear model shows too much of the amber color. The Cloud spreads it evenly throughout the soft white opaque color and creates a perfect color balance.
